I enhanced the design system by redesigning the Job Board, Alert Banner, Buttons components for both mobile and desktop platforms. Here are some of the highlights.
The use of the Alert Banner is starting to show inconsistencies from designer to designer in terms of spacing, type size, interactions, etc. So I standardized the spacing, type size, icons and interactions for the banners and based on different use cases on mobile and desktop, I established a guideline for the usage of the components.
In order to increase the readability of the button text, we are switching text from all capital to sentence case. I redesigned the spacing, type size to accommodate the changes.
